I bought three of these chairs about a month ago after doing a lot of research, I thought… two of the chairs were broken off of the bat. One chairs arm was completely broken in half, probably happened in shipping. Second chair that broke had a screw that was stripped from the beginning, So after only a month of use the entire foot rest broken in-half. I was issued a refund for the first broken chair but then only received a shipping label that I needed to pay for to return the chair. On the same chair that the arm rest was broken the entire Hydraulic system had leaked into the box and was rusted. I found that out after I went to replace the second chair that broke with the parts from the first broken chair that I still had because I’m not going to pay hundreds of dollars to return a chair that was broken. I would never buy one of these chairs if you are looking for something that will last in your barbershop. They are also so small, regular sized adult men have told me that they don’t feel sturdy in them, forget it if you are above 6 foot. As you are pumping up your clients the entire chair is wobbling back-and-forth. This chair shouldn’t be more than $400 and it shows in quality. Highly disappointed.Added: after being told to use the old chair to fix the new chair I finally got around to it and after a day of use it broke too because the holes are stripped. Terrible chairs. I wasted over $2000 big learning lesson for a small business owner.

I’m 6’2 and the chair doesn’t go high enough for me

Had the chair for about 3 months and the hydraulic is already going out. Ive reached out to seller and havent gotten a response. The chair is beautiful and comfy but the hydraulic went out after 3 months.
