I wanted these pills to help lift fog. I can't exactly say it does that (I'm still foggy but it also has a TON to do with the fact that I haven't been sleeping well for a while). And although I am still a bit foggy - I'm a little more "alert". Brain firing a little faster. But in a week - the most I have noticed is... motivation. I don't suffer from lack of desire, intelligence or inability to set goals - I suffer from lack of motivation.So a couple of days ago - when I locked my car door and headed into work I said, "I really got get stuff done today..." Without a clear objective.I walked in, sat down, got coffee. Then looked around my area. All of the sudden, I noticed my desk was a RIP ROARING MESS!! Had this layer of dust on it. Papers hung from the cubicle walls that were almost yellow with age. Then I cracked open the drawers. Why did I need a certified letter receipt from 2013?? Truth was, I didn't. There was so much stuff on my desk that it virtually took me about 2 days to clean. I was cleaning like I was about to get laid off (which I REALLY hope not, ha!) I have really noticed an improvement in my short term memory. I'm in my 40s and started to notice that I would lose my train of thought during a conversation and sometimes I would go to the kitchen to get something and as soon as I entered the kitchen I would forget what I wanted to get. It kind of scared me so I had myself checked for early onset dimentia. The doctor said I'm healty and that it's normal to have those "brain freeze" moments after having kids and after 40.
