Just received these today. After seeing the sales pitch on Shark Tank I couldn't help but order. Did you see their faces as they tasted it? Their expressions spoke loud and clear! I've never been one to like flavored hot chocolate other than the norm but wowsers. I'm pleasantly surprised at the deliciousness! It's not too much where it's overbearing and it's not too weak. It's just right and man oh man IT IS SO good. I've only tried the peanut butter hot chocolate and the red velvet hot chocolate so far but I'm telling ya, I will be ordering again once I run out. I love my coffee and now I love my hot chocolate!Edited: I've ordered now directly from the Smart Sip site and she always leaves a personal note of thanks in the box with a few samples to try. Their coffees are just as yumtastic. You will not be disappointed. Have you ever thought about Brown Sugar Bourbon Coffee? I bet not! But boy oh boy these are spot on. What's crazy is most flavored anything tastes like extracts are used but these taste like the real deal in every cup. I don't know how they do it!

Not that I dislike that, but I'd prefer to have ALL the cocoa company k cup brands ditch the aspartame, and use stevia for sweetening. Taste is individually subjective, but I like my usual flavors. Everyone has personal preferences. Would like to see additional variety pack flavor selections to try. Of all different brands, this is the absolute richest tasting. A delight for the cold afternoon. I have a Keurig single cup machine, the new one, and I don't put the product through the machine. I just heat the water and let it fill then pour over an opened K cup. Stir the mix up and drink. ( I was worried that some machines can easily get clogged/filter problems etc.) So I choose to just run water only.

Mexican Mocha Hot Chocolate has very little chocolatewas withn nthe shipping - flavor and just a little too sweet for me. Other Mexican hot chocolates I've tried have more flavor with a hint of cinnamon. Bigger problem I had with different items from this vendor was in the packaging. The last 2 boxes were shipped in padded envelopes and were completely crushed, broken box and a few pods cracked.

I personally did not like the taste of this at all. It was like the really cheap Easter chocolate bunnies your grandparents always gave you. Again...my personal opinion.

Has a great flavor that is just right on sweetness. Highly recommend.

First and most important was the quality of this hot cocoa. It was amazing! It's not an overwhelming flavor like most with just a hint of the banana foster in it which made for a great cup of hot cocoa! This came just as described well packaged and shipped very fast. I am making sure to keep this brand in my house at all times!!! I highly recommend this product to anyone that is into Hot Cocoa and hesitant about the brand and or flavor this is for you. Enjoy!!!

Worse tasting item ever!! I have never had anything this bad.

I'm the non-coffee drinker of my office, but I didn't want to be left out of the Keurig fun. When I got these, I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious they are! They also work perfectly in the machine, which I appreciate because I was a little nervous - I've heard some third-party brands can have problems with this.They are quite sweet; that's what I want in a hot cocoa, but may not be for everyone. They're surprisingly popular, though - they've won a few converts from the coffee drinkers, too!
