I have a small dog likes to meet people. When we are doing the yard work or opening doors, he will run away whenever there is any chance. We don’t put any chips in his neck so my wife worried him lost. I found it could be customized in Amazon and order it. The product looks the same as the customize page’s picture. Only thing is to make sure measure the size, it is hard to guess. We have a very small dog, so we choose the small size. It fits perfectly.Now it is the fun part. Maybe I was too tired with work or the baby sitting “work” after my job work. When I ordered this tag at late night. I put a wrong number in my phone. Amazon app does not show the customize info so I thought there was no place I can check. So I send seller’s message to check if I made the mistake or they did not. After a few days, my wife sent me a picture with a new tag having correct cellphone number. The seller is very kind, and now every time I look at my dog and the tag, it reminds me this story.

Just as described and perfect for my dog. I bought the rectangle shape, had it engraved on both sides...one side with her name and my address the other side with two phone numbers. The stainless steel is shiny, well made, (sturdy), nice engraving and it comes small ring to connect to harness.There is room on tag for four lines on each side....even though most people wouldn't use all of those it's nice to have available.I highly recommend this tag!

These tags are very nice, seem like great quality and should last for quite a while. Their customer service was outstanding! The order I received was not what I remember ordering and when I reached out they responded very quickly. After a brief discussion, we determined I was at fault and they still remedied the situation and sent me what I wanted. I received the new tag today and it is perfect. I feel like they really above and beyond.

I've ordered 6 tags, two for each dog. They've all been received quickly and great quality. The last tag I accidently ordered a "bow" instead of a "bone" and they sent me the correct one free of charge to match the bone we already had! Excellent customer service and you get a discount code in every order, now if I can just remember to use it! The tags we have run against each other which does slightly fade the lettering but it's still legible. I would definitely recommend this product.

I ordered this cute custom flower tag almost 3 weeks ago and it is holding up nicely. The engraving is easy to read and has a beautiful finish. If your looking for a nice tag I recommend this. I wish they would include an extra steel loop in case this one wears down or bends.Hopefully it lasts for a long time.

I read several reviews that said they never received their package or that it said running late and then they never got it. I contacted the seller when this happened to me and it is shipped with your regular mail and Amazon will not receive a notice once it’s delivered. You have to be careful not to throw it away as it’s a small blue envelope that could be mistaken for junk mail. Mine did technically arrive on date I just didn’t know bc it was in my mail box. Although this isn’t the best way to ship them, it’s why the shipping is free. These tags are actually engraved and not stamped so they should hold up pretty well. I would expect it to last a long time since the metal is very sturdy and doesn’t seem like it will break or bend however, all the descriptions don’t mention whether or not an attachment ring is shipped with them, but all the photos make it appear that it would be; it’s not. You need to buy a ring to attach it to your pets collar.

After almost 3 years, I decided to get a tag for my cat. I looked at several different styles but I was looking for one of a particular design. I ordered two of these to tie to the front of memory boxes for my daughters. Well made, exactly what I was looking for. Well worth the cost. They took about five weeks to arrive as they were shipped from America, but I wasn’t in a hurry for them.
