The second time I used this product it was a sensation like sharp electric shocks which I found really painful. When looming Ito this device and similar others this should certainly not occur, a slight tingling sensation at most. I have also have a led face mask which does not feel painful at all. Perhaps the item is faulty. I won’t be using it again as I’m sure it’s unsafe.

I charged my lux face machine for the first time. I used it on me and then on my husbands face. I left it on the charging stand overnight. When I came to use it , it was lit up blue but wouldn’t work. I was so looking forward to using it. Please could you advice me or send me out another one please . Regards carline stock
