Great book if you're stuck.

I pre-ordered this book and just received it today. I LOVE it!! I'm doing my best not to look through all the prompts so I'll be surprised, but the ones I have peeked at are super fun and inspirational. I'm mostly a crafter, but lately I've been doing a lot of small paintings with watercolor and gouache. I think this lovely little book with lovely little art is the perfect thing to take my paintings to the next level. Maybe I'll finally reach my goal of finishing a whole sketchbook! This will also be a great activity to do with my kids. Thanks for creating such a fun book! Cheers!

I love the artist/author and this book. Such a great way to find inspiration and try new mediums. I use it as sort of a journaling tool every day. Highly recommend!

For those that want to learn how to paint like the extremely talented Jennifer, you need to spend the time honing your craft and do the work. This isn’t that book. This delightful treat is for those that get stuck. Those that need a nudge to figure out where to start. Those that are in a rut and want inspiration to stretch your creative muscles. It is chock full of the sparks needed to jump start your artistic flow. I love it and keep it in my art cart like a little motivational friend.

I bought this book thinking I was going to learn more about techniques to paint in gouache or watercolor but I didn’t find value in it.I love the author paintings but this book felt very short for me. There isn’t too much thought, detail or value. Too simple.I returned it.

Easy to use, clear directions, loads of ideas
