It has everything I like in food regarding nutrition and they’re delicious! Not great for sautéed pasta meals with just a couple ingredients, but great with any sauce. We don’t eat any other pasta than this brand. They soy bean, edamame, and black bean are great as well

Really healthy option to traditional pasta noodles, but you need to realize that it does not have the texture of real pasta. Not by a long-shot. It's not "chewy" at all, like pasta can be. But the fiber content is really high and it's no sugar.

Love the texture and the taste. Wish it wasn't so expensive.

This is so delicious! We don’t eat pasta made with flour anymore. It makes wonderful soup. It’s healthier than eating flour too.

These taste good. I got my picky son tip eat it, so that's saying something.I got them to incorporate more protein into my son's diet.

This is a great gluten-free and low carb substitute for noodles.

They used to make this product without soy, just pure adzuki bean. Imagine my surprise when I get six boxes of noodles that I can't use because they have added a major allergen. Wish I would have double checked the ingredients.

Wish I'd have paid attention to the other reviews. I received a giant package with only one box in it, although paid $20 for 6. Sad... because I love the product. I won't be ordering from this shipper again.
