Pros: Enchanting scent and hair feel: One of the standout features of this shampoo and conditioner set is undoubtedly the delightful scent it imparts to my hair. The fragrance is invigorating and leaves my hair smelling fresh all day. Equally impressive is the way it makes my hair feel. The moisturizing properties leave my hair soft, manageable, and with a healthy shine. Cons: Imbalance in product dispensing: One notable drawback I've encountered is the disparity in the ease of product dispensing between the shampoo and conditioner. The conditioner flows out of the bottle with ease, which can lead to an imbalance in the amount left of each product. This disparity can be a bit frustrating when trying to match the amount of shampoo and conditioner used in each wash. Challenging bottle lock for travel: Another inconvenience is the design of the bottle's locking mechanism. When packing the bottles away for travel, it can be challenging to "lock" the top securely. This could potentially lead to leaks in your luggage or travel bag. A more user-friendly locking mechanism would be a welcomed improvement. Great product, fast delivery
