Cant't go wrong with Kathy Flood!

This book is very cheaply made however it cost me 44.99 plus shipping. I hate the black cheap feeling pages, it is very hard to see any details example page 27 cannot even see the first pin on the page. Having collected Christmas pin for ten years I have several unmarked pins in my collection I was hoping to find some information on my pins using this book, There are only two that I own in this book. Far superior books are by Nancy Trowbridge, Mary Morrison and Jill Gallina and they cost less too and use high quality paper. I will never buy anything by Kathy Flood again.

This book is way overpriced. The pages are black paper with green print and it is hard to read . The entire quality of the paper and the set up indicates a book that was cheaply made. Compared to the Trowbridge book which is less expensive this book is a rip off. It is also poorly organized and referencing a pin is a chore because it is not set up in a well organized fashion. I cannot highly recomend this book. Someone needs to make a far better and far more comprehensive book on this topic.

This book is a wonderful read as well as a serious reference book. Like Kathy's other books, I read it cover to cover like a good novel. She speaks to the novice as well as seasoned collector of Christmas Tree pins. Kathy's writing is smooth and sparkling exactly like her subject matter. Thanks for the great read! Joy Brown
