I honestly LOVE this product. I will leave a review of the product at the bottom, but the issues with the supplier here need to be seen. My issues are: 1) I found it at Costco for less than $7...it was $6.00 and change. At first, I was just going to keep the one I ordered because it's my bad for not researching and paying THREE times what it's worth. But it arrived in a bag. I opened the bag to find a box...the box couldn't close all the way, so they had to bag it. The bottle was top down, and since they'd pushed so hard to make it fit, a bunch of the product had been pumped out into the box. So lazy! I'll not buy from this company again. If you're going to rip me off, at least use care when packing my overpriced item!The product: I love it! Some other reviewers point out that it doesn't have the consistency of most conditioners, and they're right. Its more of a cream rinse. However, glycerin is one of the top ingredients and it is AMAZING at moisturizing hair! I have curly, frizzy, unruly hair. I use shampoo every 3 days, but I use this conditioner every day. It makes my hair look like I try! Definitely recommend the product. Just look away from this supplier. As I said, I found the exact product (plus the shampoo, which is also awesome) for less than $7 each.

I originally bought this product at Costco and I’m noticing a different consistency in this one that I bought from amazon - I just started using the new one so I will keep you posted if it reacts differently .... however - the one I bought from Costco ended up being great! I didn’t use the shampoo just the conditioner. At first I did not notice much of a difference but after a month or two - I finally saw results! I have very fine and thin hair. My hair has always been limp and could never hold a curl. After a couple months of this conditioner I have body like I never had before. I’m almost 40 and have a life time of hair product experiences behind me. So give this conditioner some time. You should see results! I just bought the shampoo to go with it and it doesn’t lather like we all usually like but my hair is feeling lighter already and seems to be speeding up the thickening process. I also noticed my hair isn’t getting as oily as fast as it use to. I use to have to wash my hair every morning and now after 36 hours it is still nice and “dry” and fluffy.

I really wanted to like this. I was stoked about the b-vitamins. But it feels watered down compared to Alba, Giovanni and the many other natural Conditioners I’ve tried. It also smells like lemongrass, which I only want to smell like if I’m trying to repel mosquitoes. I hate giving bad reviews, but I will not be buying this again.

The product has caused dark patches on my skin on the neck and face where the waters rolls after shampoo/conditioning. Tried many meds and also filled a claim with Avalon and they deny any responsibility. My face has been ruined for a few years now as when I first used the product a few years ago I did not realize it was the cause of skin discoloration. When I used the product the second time after a break of a year or two and discoloration started worsening is when realized that the product was the root cause.

It is NOT safe for color-treated hair. I called the manufacturer before purchasing and they said the product was very gentle so it should be fine for color-treated hair. After 5 shampooings & conditionings the color is still leaching out onto the towel. As far as the product itself, I really hated the way it felt when applying to my wet hair. It felt like I was trying to rub in liquid chalk. I did feel my hair was actually a little thicker after it dried; however, it felt like it was the kind of thickness you get from over-dried hair; definitely not silky-shiny thick.

The product was great. but they have thinned it way down now, So it is not the same as it use to be!

I hate the strong smell. I won't buy it again
