We bought this set (after trying these many time before) as a gift for my 89-year-old mother-in-law who winter in Florida (and summers in Minnesota). We could sent these down knowing they will easily keep until she is ready to make them. Perfect and well-priced.

The lentil soup, however, was truly salty and overwhelming. the other soups, great tastes and hearty meals.

I gave these packages out as Christmas gift. Everyone got soup and it was well received. I am no longer giving random gifts to adults. Everyone has too much stuff. So my family appreciated my gift idea. Everyone loves soup. I may do it again next year.

I ordered the 4 pack of soups from them. When they arrived 3 were fine, but one was not fully sealed at the bottom and leaked dried ingredients into the box. They sent a replacement for the Beef Barley. It was leaking as well. They sent a 3rd replacement. It just arrived and it is leaking as well. All Beef Barley do not appear to be fully sealed on the bottom. I would have hoped that after receiving 2 defective packages they would have checked before sending another, but I guess not. One of the other soups that was fully sealed tasted very good, but the QA on this stuff is terrible.

Haven't actually made anything yet. But I had a different soup in the past and it was great. Expecting more greatness from these...!
