Only one end needs to be elasticated.
Fast delivery. Very good quality for a backyard or garage gym.Only one end needs to be elasticated. Remove the nylon strip from one of the clips and thread it through one end of the bag. Reattach the clip and adjust the slides for whatever height works for you

bungee is abit slow, doesnt like the cold
great for starting out, works well, one of the leather straps snapped after 3 months but i was keeping it in some cold stables, perfect for anyone getting into boxing

double end speedball
This is probably the best double end speed ball around , it is high quality and at the price you cant beat this anywhere , iv used it continually for months and it is very durable. Its constructed from real leather and looks better than in the picture, look no further this is the best.

Good value for money
Very happy with the product ideal for starting out,the wrong clips were sent but the seller resolved the issue straight away.The only downside is that the is no height adjustment and knots had to be tied in the elastic cord to obtain correct level .
