I bought this system in late 2016 for my small retail business which is outside of the USA. The set up was pretty simple and the software was easy to install using the step by step instructions it came with. The software is very easy to use and the support service has been good thus far. However I experienced several hardware issues. The multi USB port I received was not functioning and had to get it replaced, one of the USB cords had a short so I had to purchase a new one and I had to have my tablet replaced 2 times within 1 year of purchase as they just stopped working. The receipt printer also stopped working just after my 1 year warranty ended so I had to purchase a brand new one. To date we still use the system although there are minor glitches from time to time. While I did not expect a robust hardware system, the components are not very durable, even for my small day to day operations. But the software is just what I needed.

I run a small museum in a small town and this has been a great system for our business. The thing I am most impressed with is the customer service. The Posimplicity crew is always available when issues arise; if you can't get someone on the phone, then they are constantly answering e-mails. Anyone who has ever had trouble with a POS system before knows that tech support is a #1 priority. There are a couple of inconveniences here and there with the back-end, but for the price it is definitely workable. Plus, I made some suggestions to the company about how the software could be changed to make the user experience easier and I was stunned when they rolled out a new version of the software within a month that took both of my suggestions into account. Overall, a great starter system for small budget, and I expect them to keep getting better with time.

I bought two of these cash registers and have had them for a couple of days now without being able to use them as I've yet to be able to connect them to the internet. The tablet's wifi seems to be on in settings, but the tables refuses to get online thus making it completely impossible for us to do anything with it. We open the shop tomorrow and I'm getting really desperate. Have not been able to get in touch with the support as we live in a different country, so we bought the hardware in the US but then travelled with it outside the US. Tablet comes on and all, but not able to get on internet at all. Any thoughts please? I was a bit disappointed with the fact that no manual comes with the hardware, just a link you need to go to. Not very impressed, think a little bit more explanation wouldn't have gone amiss. Managed to connect the machine together with no problem, just unable to get on internet, so unable to activate account or input products into the menu... nothing. Please help

Our church opened a bookstore for the first time and this system is user friendly, It has all the features needed for now and for expansion in the future. There were step by step instructions included to set up and operate. The software makes it easy to train workers for the bookstore and the staff at POsimplicity is always available to help with technical support.

I have not used this system because its not simple to understand I need to take some training to understand

We purchased this to use for our Cake Decorating Supply business. This system is very high quality, easy to use. The software is so easy to understand. I couldn't be happier with the system or the software. I have to rave about the customer service. Anytime I've had a question (and i've had a lot!) they have always answered it quickly. They have went above and beyond my expectations. If you purchase this, you will get a great system for a great price, but you will get so much more than that! The System is a joke!! They attached a 10" I-pad to a cash register drawer and connected it to a cheap Thermal Printer. Not only they are charging an arm and leg for it. But you have to participate in a monthly plan to run it. IT IS A BIG RIB OFF.

It's a little tricky because you see this fantastic deal and buy it, but then you find out that you have to buy the $350ish software. It's not a bad deal though. The help you get with the software is great and all in all it's comparable to any other system.
