Used installing a brand new metal roof and the padding rips easily on screws. If any small amount of dust or debris gets on them you will slide. Learned the hard way when I was 10 feet out from the edge and screwing metal down across and barely made it back. Kept sliding and had to make a 5 foot leap to grab the edge before I slid off. The pitch isn’t extreme either.

Bought these for use on a metal roof I'm installing on a large shed (with 6/12 pitch). Grips great on a dry roof (have not tried them on a wet roof). Seem to be solidly built / high quality. Not sure how long the foam bottom will last; but that's why the foam is replaceable separate from the rest. The only down side is that they probably shouldn't be worn off the roof at all, as the foam bottom would likely be quickly contaminated or destroyed.

Do not hold up well. Work well on roof

They did not work on metal roof. Slip off roof and injured my leg. Do not buy for metal roof work.

Not sure if missing other attachments it only came with the foam padding, it fell apart after 4 uses

I purchased these with the an additional pair of the white soft sole and the blue medium density sole in anticipation for an upcoming metal roof. They are horrible the roof is a 6/12 and you slide right off it’s better with normal shoes. And the return window is closed!!!!

Very impressed how they grip on a 6/12 pitch metal roof. Just a heads up for planning the foam pieces are not very durable. I got a about 1 say per foam insert
