Fresh and not hard to swallow! I don't like the fact that I have to take 5 pills a day, but it looks that way about all of the joint supplement formulas. I will order again.

Really works. My knee gives me much less problems, pain.

Beware - each pill has such a low dosage that you have to take 5 pills per day in order to get a full daily dose. This is stated on the product package, but was not clearly disclosed on the order page, and the brand that I previously took required only 3 pills per day to get the same daily dose. Since you need to take these pills with food, taking 3 per day is very convenient. I never would have bought these pills if I knew I had to take them 5 times per day. And I don't know how they calculate the "cost per count," as advertised on the order page, but obviously the dosage could have a huge impact on that since I now have to take nearly twice as many pills as the other brand I used.

This stuff really seems to help. I can tell when I stop taking it.

It takes anywhere from 30 to 60 days for this type of product to become active. My knees have not noticed a difference as of yet.

i was hoping it would help with my stiff knees,it only made them more stiff.i hate sending things back so i throw them away
