The price is good and fits my umbrella. It’s also heavy so doesn’t fall over in the wind like others

Nice and heavy base but the rubber around it wouldn’t stay on so when it was moved it left a black mark on my newly laid patio (which I’m hoping I can remove with the pressure washer). Contacted the seller who offered me 50% discount to keep it but why would I want to when it’s faulty. After declining, they asked me to dispose of it & they have given me a full refund within 24 hours.

Rubber ring doesn't stay on so sharp concrete is on show all the time, always as a slight movement.

We've just received the base and well ahead of schedule so that was great.All seems good, so far.THE HOWEVER, is that the max hole size I don't think is 45mm. We have a 38 pole on the parasol and without either of the inserts it just fits. It works for us so no problem but I'd double check what the dimensions listed really mean.

what more can be said? It weighs the parasol down good enough, but if you have a large/heavy parasol and/or a small table this wouldn't be enough when its abit windy. only giving it 4 stars as the black plastic circle that goes around the bottom of it came off.

Unfortunately our parasol base arrived cracked. A little disappointed as I always feel the test of a good company is when things go wrong. I need not have worried. I contacted the seller via Amazon straight away and Richard had replied to me by email within the day apologising for the inconvenience and to say a replacement had been despatched. The new base arrived within a couple of days and is very sturdy, contemporary in design and a good weight to keep our parasol secure. Thoroughly recommend this supplier. Thank you RichardWe were not required to return the damaged item.

I was worried about getting this but it’s well designed to cover varying size poles - with ringed tubes inside which you take out according to the size of your tube and then it’s got the screw to add support, very sturdy base, some reviewers mentioned it being blown in the wind but if you fix this properly it’s really very sturdy I don’t expect to have this up when it’s really windy - very easy to put together

This 15k concrete base is perfect for all parasols, study and will hold even the beach type parasol with the thinner pole. The delivery from seller was very quick and packaged very well. Beware though this base is very very heavy my husband had to move it, it’s definitely a hernia waiting to happen if your on the small side. Having said that if the weights not a problem then go for it.
