Love Joe Spencer
I just love these characters. Have other characters for other Holidays but saw these and had to have them. Well made, unusual and not too over the top. Sweet, simple, noticeable. St Patrick’s day decor can often be a bit gaudy so was happy to find these.

Looks damaged to me for a collectible item
There is a gold chain that is supposed to be hooked around both gold buttons on the jacket. Mine was just sewn on one end to the fabric no where near the button and the other end is just dangling. Other than that it's cute, but small.
