Probably 2XL- (14-16). That’s what I’m getting my 13 year old.

There is no mouth opening. There are holes for the nostrils and eyes. It is an entire head not just a mask for the front of your face.

Q: I am 4'10" what size should I get?

My son was just over 5 feet last Halloween and I ordered him an XL, which was almost too short. I think an XL would be your safest choice.
