SWIMLINE | Foam Life Ring Pool Safety Buoy with Rope Surround | 17.5"

Ok these are so durable I bought two thinking my vacation rental would need them; I hung one up by the pool and the second is still stored away. Long lasting, despite being in Florida poolside in the heat! Very happy with the safety aspects and material and color. Portable and easy to hang!

While I only had this buoy for about 2 weeks, it is worth the purchase. We needed something for our pool for children just in case. The ring is not Intended to fit around the waist but act as a life saver to throw out in case of an emergency. I also purchased a durable water proof rope / created a belay from the deck. It is exactly what we needed!

I’m not sure this will hold up very long. The material that covers the inner hard part feels thin, and as Life rings are generally out in the sun for hours, seasons , it’ll probably degrade. It isn’t extremely buoyant either. I tried it out (130 pounds) and it held me slightly but I realized maybe this is just for pulling someone to the shore or a boat, not necessarily buoyant like an inner tube style device. We’ll see.

This life ring is light weight so even children can throw it if necessary. It is durable and attractive hanging against the pool fence.

Worked great as wedding decorations. It looks nice. It's very light weight and I'm not sure if it's sturdy enough to help someone that's in an emergency 🚨 and using all their might to hang on to anything. Also, its too small to go around the waist of even a 5 yr old.

Been purchasing these for 25 years. The rope starts to deteriorate after about 3 yrs. Going to try spraying with weather protectant this time. Bought the Coast Guard approved rings.. They deteriorated also. These are great for the price.

I bought this in June and hung it by the pool. Well I finally tried it out last week just to see what it’s like. I am utterly disappointed and want a refund. There is no way that someone who is drowning and undoubtedly in a panic, would be held up by this lightweight piece of cute junk. You’d be better off keeping one of those styrofoam noodles by the pool to help save someone from drowning. Save your money on this one and apply it to the more expensive real thing. This is a hazard and should not be marketed as it is. The audacity!

I bought this to help get my granddaughter over her fear of swimming. It worked like a charm. We played lifeguard with it and I would throw it a distance out in front of her and yell that the sharks were coming and she would swim right out without hesitation and grab a hold and I would "save her." Great game and her confidence in her swimming ability went through the roof!
