Pros: You won't get any cup rings since it's all laminate. It looks more or less as pictured.Cons: It's cheaply made and requires more than a screwdriver to assemble. I needed additional screws, a drill to add missing holes, and I wish I would've used a tape measure, square, and level to check everything before assembling. I'd recommend checking all measurements before relying on the placement of the predrilled holes.I got this put together on my own in 30-45 minutes. I'm disappointed with the quality of this piece of furniture, not what I was expecting for the price I paid. I don't have time to return it since it would require disassembling the whole thing, getting it reboxed, taking this beast of a package to a UPS Store on my own, and getting a replacement table shipped here to try this all over again — all before my family visits from out of town — so I'll just live with it and maybe this review will save someone else from the same experience.The table is just particle board covered in extremely thin laminate. There is an orange-peel laminate texture over the woodgrain print. The legs are "solid wood," but not dense hardwood, painted a solid dark brown. The laminate came chipped in two places and got more chips and cracks as I assembled this. I'm careful, this stuff is just very brittle and thin, less than .5mm. The laminate shows conspicuous irregularities at some seams and edges (see pics of top corners and trim seams).The predrilled holes on my table were not aligned or present in all places they should've been. In particular, the holes for the drawer slider track (which is just molded plastic that fits into a slot cut in the drawer side, not actual hardware) are not level with each other or square with the rest of the table, and there are not enough of those little screws to fully secure the plastic track. The drawer therefore sits crooked and makes a loud grinding sound when I use it. I wish I would've double-checked the tracks/predrilled holes with a tape measure and a level before assembling the whole table; I could've drilled different holes and maybe the drawer would sit level and slide OK. The problem is this: assembling and inserting the drawer is the last step in the instructions. If you're just following the instructions, you wouldn't be cued to check if the drawer slider tracks and the track slots are all square. Unless you've gotten cheap DIY-assembly furniture that was wonky before (I haven't), you probably wouldn't think to check this.Also, the bottom of the table is short two holes for each of the hardware mounts for the legs (8 holes short in total). The right number of screws for the leg mounts are included, just not holes to put them in. I had to drill these 8 holes. The table is fairly heavy, and again it's particle board, so I felt I should use all the screws that came for the leg hardware.

This was a great find, cheap coffee table well worth the money. You get what you pay for. It was super easy to assemble with a drill & took about 45 min-1hr. Looks great and seems like it will hold up well.

This table fits nicely in my office and blends in well with my other decor. It is fairly sturdy but I'm not sure how it will hold up over time. It is definitely not real wood and it does not feel like real wood. However I don't think moisture will be causing any bubbling. The finish a really plastic/wax like feel. That will be good for my high traffic office.

I have been looking for an old-school mid-century coffee table for the past couple of years. I am very picky and it needed to fit in with the design of my house. This table is the answer to what I wanted! I have shopped for years to find the right table in antique stores/consignment stores and could never find the right table, this is the right table. Very happy with my purchase, online ease to order and shipping!

I loved the fact that I put it together myself, last piece of furniture that needed assembly at my house I had to wait 3 weeks for my husband to "have time" so I will now be acquiring other pieces because I feel pretty good about my experience with this one and you can't beat the price.

I bought this to go with my Modern Mid-Century couch set for my basement. I love it, I really do and it was easy to assemble. Had I not been on the phone I could have done it in 30 to 45 mins.
