Definitely recommend
This is the only thing that helps my husband sleep. He tried melatonin and zzzquil and other over the counter products and this is the only thing that works for him. He also likes they it doesn’t make him wake up feeling drowsy like other sleep medications and vitamins sometimes do.

Anxiety??? Helps within the next day! I started few weeks ago taking 6 valerian root pills a day. (2) @8am (2) @2pm (2) @8pm helped so Much for a while but then I noticed taking it at night gives you dreams every night and I don’t like that because it also comes with nightmares so I stopped taking the two at night and eventually started just doing the (2) in the morning and lasted thru the day but also had CBD 600 mg on hand in case any little stressful moment made me anxious. Once I found out I had anxiety I had it nonstop for days & never thought it go away I’m not one who wanted to try CBD or anything & with the doctor prescribed me made me feel like a walking zombie , I wanted something natural and something that’ll give me energy because me having anxiety for months and I didn’t know it I was just had no energy and no willpower to do anything. Please try this & cbd 600mg+ also I use (1) gaba 500mg to sleep, I still get up atleast once or twice during the middle of the night but I’m able to go back to sleep and I’m not panicking. It gets better! I got my life back(: (yes VR smells like booty but who cares!!) also it did make me feel “too calm” when I first started taking it but I had to get over the weird feeling , next day when I took it I felt a lot better! Doesn’t make you sleepy.
