My wife and I have been using the MSM sulfer flakes for over a year and believe it helps a lot with joint and body aches. I detested the taste of it when dissolved in water and often said it tasted like sucking on a dirty penny. My wife and I said frequently, “why can’t someone put this in a capsule?” When we needed to order more, I came across this product. I read the reviews which were either very positive or a few negative. The negative ones usually said that it wasn’t the same product because it would float and not sink to the bottom like the flakes or powder. I was anxious to try anything that would avoid the taste, so I bought a bottle of the capsules. First thing I did was open four capsules (same dose I previously took) and put them in a glass of water. It looked identical to the flakes and sunk to the bottom and took a while to dissolve (exactly like the flakes). The real test was the taste test. Yep - it was the same dirty penny taste. We have been using it several weeks now and have noticed the same result as the flakes. It is the same stuff, but you don’t have to suck a dirty penny to get the impact on your body. For those that have “pill fatigue” it may not be for you, but this is a product we will continue to purchase.

Kala has the best MSM supplement. I did the research on Amazon and found this after many minutes of searching. Very high quality control from their company and all they do is make mostly this kind of stuff and are known for it. Wonderful item that I believe is helping make a difference and keeping me illness free in life.

I have used MSM because it seems to keep me in reasonably good health.

Seems to be very effective in helping with my hair and nails and overall stomach digestion. I will continue to use this product.

After reading about this product in "The People's Pharmacy" I wanted to give it a try. I am taking 1 tablet per day and will increase to 2 per day. Seems to help with joint pain, though the pain is not entirely gone.

I have had multiple knee/leg injuries and this helps with inflammation. This also helps to reduce facial redness and swelling.

I have been taking this product for several days for arthritis pain. Although rather early to tell for sure, I think it is giving me some relief and greater mobility in my affected knee and back.

These MSM capsules seem to be of good quality. My husband and I both take MSM supplements for our joints and these work just fine.
