Received a used item
Item arrived with a big scratch on the bar, it seems like someone return this item before So disappointed! I have to return

Needs improvement
Works as it should, but would be bet if it stood off the wall a bit more. When the wand holder is rotated, it leaves wear marks on my tile and scratches the finished surface of the item.

Installed with a complete bathroom remodel. We like having it - but we hardly use it. Quality construction and material.

Brushed nickel finish sub standard
When we had this installed with a Moen shower handle and shower head they didn't match. The brushed nickel on this product is almost yellow and the bar that it's mounted on doesn't match itself. Works very well but for the price I was hoping all the fixtures would match
