The Niagara grape is vigorous, hardy and productive. Its berries are large, pale to greenish white in large clusters of grapes. The grapes are large and sweet. They are excellent for fresh eating, jams and jellies, juice, wine and champagnes. The Niagara ripens mid season, usually in late August to early September.
