From the layout, the stories, the description of the poses, the simplistic illustrations, and the beautiful words describing the importance and deeper meaning of the poses this is a beautiful book read and enjoy.

reading this book is like sipping a warm cup of tea made with love. I actually csn feel how much love is flowing in between the pages. I want to remember all the wonderful stories here but I think what I will remember the most is the warmth emanating from holding and reading it.Truly glad that I read it
