1.5QT Rectangular Small Glass Baking Dish,Glass Pan with Handle

As my husband & I are empty nesters, cooking is now just for 2. This mini casserole dish is perfect! Please pay attention to the sizing dimensions & pictures. The pictures showing it on the palm of your hand & 3 soda cans laying in it is very true & accurate. This glass dish by NUTRIUPS is perfect for 2 and a great value for the money! It’s medium weight & easy to clean. Its baking capacity is perfect for meatloaf, casseroles, & veggies! Everything I make taste great in this glass dish. I like that its usage is wide from baking, serving, refrigerate, then microwave your leftovers. One dish for all, what more can you ask for!!!

I have a large version of this dish but wanted something smaller for when I throw some tri tip in the oven. I still use foil to keep the juices in but it's easier to manage, flip, etc. Perfect-sized dish to do so. Also great with potatoes and other things for small servings. Heafty, solid and no defects that I can see. Good stuff.

I bought these for baking small portions of meals, but I recently discovered the perfect additional way to use these: dredging. I was making breaded pork chops the other night, and I needed three shallow dishes (flour/spices, egg, panko), and these ended up being absolutely perfect. I only had two, so I used a different dish for the egg mixture, and it was just not nearly as good as these dishes. I am definitely going to buy at least one more so I can keep using them for dredging when I fry things.

Perfect size for a toaster oven, no need to get the big oven going. Works great! Very Happy with the quality!

Little smaller as dimensions included handles but nice dish.

Baking dish has minimal handles. Matches stated specifications. Fits into my Emeril Lagasse 360 countertop oven where few other baking dishes will- due to larger end handles. Dish is somewhat smaller than a 9x13 pan but will accomodate most recipes. I am very pleased.

High quality borosilicate tempered glass. Very durable and useful size for many things, like baking squash, eggplant Parmesan, desserts, etc. Easy to clean, but do put soap and water in it soon after baking so it will be simple to clean with a Scrunge.

I had a problem with food falling off the shelf and aluminum foil was not helping. I put the food in it to cook, and I can serve in the dish.

Great ovenware for small meals and fits into my toaster oven.

I love it!

A cute little dish, perfect for halving a recipe.
