I bought this kit for doing some stretching especially when working with the computer. Standing up and using a band on my legs after been sitting for a while makes a great relief and to not lose tone or have my legs falling asleep. Had a back injury 6 years ago, now fully recovered but have to be making sure that my posture is always correct, etc. So this now complements my exercise routine. They do look well made and durable, let's see how they last in the next months.

My physiotherapist gave me something similar to these for building my upper body strength carefully and gradually following a spinal operation.I was looking for a solution after my Sessions ended and chose these .They seem better quality than the ones from the hospital and range from X light to out of the question(for me anyway).There is sufficient extension for all my exercises and so far so good.Would recommend and great value for money.

Pretty good little item. A little smaller than expected but that's because I obviously didn't read the information properly. They've even got the kids exercising, which given their only exercise lately has been getting up to plug their ipads into the charger, is amazing.
