Best dog park ball ever
I get these for my 2 boston terriers. They LOVE them! play with them like circus seals. Very durable and take toenail scratches without damage. I did have to cut the top flat part of the plug off so they couldn't bite it and remove it (seems to be my Sophie's favorite game) They stay inflated well. My dogs have a ton of fun with them. They usually last us a couple of years before we have to replace them.

Great for us shorter people!
If you're short -- or very short-waisted (I'm both), this is a much better exercise ball! I'm only 4'10" and the next size up just doesn't allow me to do the stretching that I need to do.

The ball is great, once inflated, but it is tricky to inflate
You need your own pump and the process is tricky, measuring space between a wall and a chair and inflating the ball between the 2 objects. The plastic piece for inflation bent while I was trying to inflate the ball. The company that makes the ball very kindly sent me another kit and the ball is helping me with my exercises Thanks for reading!

Durable, Versatile, and Reliable Still Going Strong After Years!
Iโve had this therapy ball for a few years now, and Iโm still impressed with how well itโs held up. The material is super durableโno signs of wear, and itโs never lost air or gone misshapen. I use it regularly on the floor for back stretches, and it also doubles as my computer chair (which has really helped with posture and core strength). One of the things I appreciated most when I first got it was that it came with an exercise chartโperfect for getting startedโas well as a spare plug and plug remover, which was such a thoughtful bonus. Too small to sit upon
Although this is a good sturdy ball, it is much too small for most adults 5'1" to 5'6". It does not inflate to 55cm. When sitting on the ball, your knees should be bent at 90's, like sitting in a chair. I am 5'6 and when I sat on this ball my knees were up to my chest.
