Fit perfectly and was excellent quality.

Quality Threshold but Pricey
Real Oak, sanded and finished on the top side. Online color is pretty accurate. Super small nail holes allow you to hide your nails easily with just a little wood putty. Everything I expected it to be. I sanded off the finish and restained in a darker shade for my floors. The measurements are spot on so it fit like a glove. Just wish it cost 20-30% less.

Perfect
Easy peezy, install. Comes predrilled but I used liq nails because it was being installed over tile. Worth the price. Nice oak..
