AirLink ES450 Enterprise Gateway

The Sierra Wireless Airlink ES450 for AT&T works as advertised. We installed an existing sim card from AT&T and we got wireless internet access thru the Ethernet port.This product does what it was designed to do and does it well. This is NOT a wireless hotspot. This is a wireless modem for a fixed LAN. You will need a minor amount of technical knowledge to set this up. There are also a lot of advanced options that you can configure, if you want. The only complaint that I have is that it appeared to allow you to set limits on data usage, but according to the documentation they don't prevent you from running over. That was ok for me, because I set limits at the router, but it may be a sticking point for others. We all know how much AT&T charges for wireless data now.

We upgraded to the AirLink from the AT&T Beam USB Modem that we had hooked up to our Sonicwall We just ran into to many issues over time and AT&T nor SonicWall where able to fix the issue. This is they way to go for any Show setup.
