Exceeded my expectations. Scrubbed all old wax.
I didn't find one thing wrong. Maybe add more pads in a pack.

Over priced and half the thickness of the Koblenz alternative
Company sells the pads for $8 with $15 shipping (ridiculous) and there are no distributors in the North East/NYC area. Disappointing since the machine is great. The koblenz pads do not have a retainer clip and the Boss clip is too thin. But the Koblenz pads are thicker and stay secure on the brushed that come with the GLOSS BOSS machine. I had no problems. At $9 and free shipping is was a bargain.
