This book is perfect. It feels like a conversation somehow with the author’s thoughts or statements, which in turn cause me to respond. She is thoughtful, insightful, smart, fearless, and caring. My best friend and I swear she eavesdropped on some of OUR conversations, based on what she wrote in her book!! If you want a beautiful read, but without the psychobabble, this is for you, covering Self love, Healing, Love, Relationships + Heartbreak, Connection, Humanity + Society, Soul, and Spirit. I am already reading it for a second time because I missed a few things the first time and I love her words all the more. Well done.

I thought this book was great. Of course it can jsut depend on your personal preference, but i thought it was a beautiful well written book. I haven’t read all of it yet but so far, it has touched my heart with beautiful language and relatable topics. Would totally recommend to a modern poetry fan.

I keep this book on my nightstand table, keeping it there provides quick access to words written so beautifully it is as if the soul itself is speaking. I saw quotes from this author on Pinterest and knew I had to have the book filled with these glimpses into the heart.Inspiring and touching.The quote photographed here is something I wish to become and these poems allowed me to express that in words.

This book has been such a huge help on my mental health and learning to love myself, I’m learning to grow and love myself in ways I didn’t know I could! The poetry is such inspiration, it’s beautiful… absolutely beautiful ❤️

I love this collection of poems! I've never been a big poetry reader but, I found some of the author's work on Pinterest and I fell in love immediately. Her work is so eloquent and it almost possesses the ability to transport your mind and heart to another place and time.The book itself is simple and beautiful. It looks nice displayed on my table or nightstand. Simple and understated.

Beautiful words great read

Some good poems but also alot of filler in between tge good ones that read like short, depth lacking, instagram captions that anyone could have wrote without much thought behind it.
