Fabalish - 2 Pack Falafel Bundle (Zesty Zuchinni - 1 Box)

Really, really delicious. Often when I buy falafel to prepare at home, it’s overly dry, but this was the perfect texture and consistency, just moist enough. I like having them on my salads for a little protein boost, but they're also great on their own, topped with some of the Fabalish Smoked Spices sauce. Prep is super easy and quick (just 15 minutes in the oven). The bottom of the bag was kind of crumbly, but almost all of the falafels were perfectly intact.

I've been loving mixing up different combinations of ingredients with this product. Very light, flavorful, easy to make and healthy. Warming them up is fast to your preferred soft or crispy texture. This product also pairs wonderfully with their lineup of sauces. Orders arrive very quickly. I highly recommend you try.

Dislike the taste & consistency and it’s overpriced for the size!

I love how convenient this product is! On a day when I am too busy to cook but need something healthy and satisfying to eat, I can easily bake a few Fabalish Falafels in the toaster oven and have a complete meal in less than 20 mins! Pairs perfectly with the Fabalish dairy-free "Smoked Spices" or "Tzatziki" spread.I also love that these falafels are made with extra veggies, such as zucchini and green peas. They crisp perfectly in the oven and don't taste oily or heavy in the stomach, like some other falafel brands I have tried. The addition of parsley also adds a nice flavor. They taste super fresh - as if they were hand-made this morning! I absolutely recommend.

As soon as I received this order, I checked the sodium content. Usually, the sodium content on packaged food like this is unbelievably high but I was so surprised to see that that wasn't the case here. I ate these for lunch (with the Smoked Spices Sauce) and I couldn't get enough. It's also a quick bake and the falafel stays moist and doesn't crumble!

These are fully-cooked, so you just have to reheat! Super quick and easy. I ate them with the Fabalish sauces (vegan tzatziki and smoked spices...yum) and some grilled summer vegetables; great pairing. Gluten-free, which is awesome!

Very dry, whole chickpeas still in falafel, not ground very well, flavors not the best, won't purchase again.
