Took a total of about 10 minutes to get the old one out and the new one put in!

Fits just like OEM. Had the 2 wiring terminals for the defrost feature.

This Mirror was for my 08 Ford Edge. Fit of mirror was great but image quality was terrible, very distorted. So bad I couldn't deal with it and returned it. I decided to just go to the dealer and purchase the mirror. It was $20 more through the dealer but at least it was perfect.

Fits well. Easy to install. The reflected image is a little distorted compared to the factory mirror. Next time will just buy the genuine Ford part.

This was supposed to be an easy fix. Pull the old mirror glass off and pop the new one on. The mirror frame on the car is secured by a centre pivot and 4 motorized screws for up/down/left/right. I had to use a pry bar to take the old one off and in the process broke the centre pivot mount and one of the 4 actuation screws. Tried repairing the damage and took some time to assess my methodology. Decided it was impossible to remove it any other way. Ended up going to eBay and ordering an entire used mirror assembly which was just as cost effective. However now stuck with an unusable mirror glass which due to a garage cleanup, the box got thrown away, so can't return it. have taped the original broken mirror into the housing until my eBay replacement arrives. Product not recommended. Installation instructions totally lacking. Fact is, the item ordered and paid for is useless.
