Got it on Cyber Monday sale.. worked great after set up Easy to use and well made. Solid built. Hope the battery last long time. Love it. Would be better if there's more types of coins available. Seems only take BTC, BTH ETH XRP LTC D . Not sure how to add more coins. But all in all.. excellent wallet.

No cometa el mismo error que hice por comprar en promoción pase por alto leer los comentarios, el producto llama la atención en lo práctico pero en manejo y configuración fatal, demore más 1:30 en que se conectara al Bluetooth y luego de haberlo hecho nada más maneja 6 monedas sin la opción de agregar, llame a servicio técnico para que me ayudarán porque sale la opción de cambiar el idioma sin embargo igualmente se mantiene en el idioma inglés, como ayuda se me proporciono que reseteara el aparato de cual lo hice lo desvincule pero igualmente salia con el nombre que se programo y nunca más volvió a conectarse sale error perdí mi tiempo casi tres horas más del cual se me brindo todo el apoyo en servicio tecnico, busque tutoriales pero no hubo manera de conectarlo....la tarjeta esta defectuosa, complicada para manejar no vale la pena gastar su dinero en esto.

Nice looking product but not intuitive. It took me a while to figure out how to use it. Also, the screen stopped working randomly, wrote to the manufacturer and they said the product will still work without a functioning screen. Not very reassuring.

This is the first time I've used a fingerprint enabled wallet. It's a nice design. But I was expecting I can easily use defi on the wallet and it seemed not working at all.Updated: I raised the review to 5 stars because of their quick response. The seller reached out to me to provide detailed instructions. I was able to exchange ECR20 tokens using Uniswap right on my iPhone. They also have Walletconnect can connect apps to my mobile wallet. I can just scan the QR code. it’s super simple! I love it!

I went to the website to download user manual, followed instruction to set up. I bluetooth to my mobil phone. In the Wallet Discovery area, the correct wallet show up, but when I tried to connect, error message "Failed to connect to AT.WALLET-xxxxxxxx", in the mean time the wallet show welcome with 1 solid LED blue light and 1 flashing blue light. After a period of inactivity, the wallet just turn off power. I keep trying many times, after 8 hours, I gave up. Then, I contact the company for technical support from the website. I have not received any help since then. What a waste of my money. Very disappointed. I am using app version 1.0.27 of wallet to set up. What can I do with this Wallet now? Does Amazon take this back. I have never return any purchase from Amazon before.10/29/2020: In all fairness, I edit my feedback to reflect the help and instruction I've received on 10/27/2020 from tech support after my contact. I try again to connect with my wallet, 1 press on power button to turn on, 2 press to activate the wallet to have the lighter blue color to flash, then I press the bluetooth connection on my app. It finally find the wallet and activate the enrollment of finger to register for authentication.

It is a wonderful product, I would like to know if one day they will have support for more cryptocurrencies? otherwise, it's great, a high-quality product!

I bought this to test it out before storing any of my crypto on it. Luckily I didn't put any of them on this device yet or I would have lost all of them. It was sitting in my wallet for a long time without usage and recently I wanted to give it a try. I charged up the battery and tried to login to the card, it gave me error and would not let me login. It presented me with the "Failed to log in AT.Wallet card" message over and over again no matter what I tried. I even tried to use it as a standalone and that didn't work either. I cannot find a way to reset it anywhere on the web. Save your money and stay away from this device unless you want to risk losing all your coins.

where i can download a single .exe for Windows , because i dont use Microsoft Store, still i am testing the product to write a review for an Infosec Publication, great concept of the product but android App can be better, Windows App can be better (a single .exe or .zip)Resume: Great product but still need some useful features.
