great for working out of home
If you work out of home and have to have files handy, this is great because you can role it out of site when you are done.

Seems to be sturdy
Using it in a manufacturing environment. So far it has proven to be sturdy for our application. Using it for a relatively light duty purpose, holding clean and dirty cleaning towels.

Super sturdy
Well built and sturdy for office use. This cart was going to the streets. I was surprised to find the back wheels were held on by cap sleeves like a tricycle wheel. This would be fine I'm sure for indoor use. I went and found 2 half inch sleeve collars and used them to fasten the back wheels. I'm sure we will get years of use out of this product.

Maybe need more washers in between the wheels so it would be tighter
