I have a medium and an xxl size in these. They are both great. I travel pretty light, so the medium size is great for this as it is more minimalist and lightweight, just big enough to dry you after a shower and wrap around you (just). However, on a recent trek camping and hiking around Iceland, with all the thermal pools there, I realised how much better it would have been to have a really big towel. So I got the xxl. Now that I have bought the really big one, I think I prefer it. It is bigger to pack (the pouch it comes in is twice the size) and slightly heavier, of course, so if size and pack weight is a concern, choose the smallest size you need. Overall, however, they are both compact and lightweight for their size, quick drying and absorb plenty of water.The big one is a great alternative to a beach towel when you want to save space and weight in the bag, and are on the move and need to be able to dry it quickly. The handy loop makes it easy to hang and the size of it makes it a nice wind block when you are coming out of outside water as well. The smaller sizes are great for a minimalist traveller who just wants to dry off from the shower and needs something small, compact and effective. I'm happy with both purchases, but I do now like the bigger size better, in hindsight.Pro tip: give it a wash in the machine before you use it - as after a wash or two this will soften it up and make it more water absorbing and cushy on your travels.

We actually bought this for wiping down our shower glass and tiles,as well as the chrome fixtures. It actually works really well for that and leaves it smear free.

This is great for taking to the gym, fits neatly into my small gym bag, for showers, saunas etc. It's so light and compact! Even the smallest traditional towel would weigh my bag down, highly recommend. No problem with folding it back into its little bag after use.

Does the trick for travelling, zip broke straight away and it's hard to fold it up in the right dims to get it back in the bag. Shame the ribbon/tag at the end doesn't wrap round it.

These microsoft towels are amazing. My daughter bought me some and now I buy them for gifts. I wrap my hair in one after swimming and by the time I've dressed my hair is damp but no drips. You don't need to rub like an ordinary towel you just pat your body and your dry, really dry. Amazing.

The towel is decent and absorbent but case is a bit heavy and wouldve much preferred a cloth case

Surprisingly it does dry but with a different feel compared to a towel. The towel is soft and the sports towl is dry and feels a bit odd. BUT it taked up far less room, it dries you as effectively as a towel, even a bit better, and it dries out itself far quicker than a towel.

I bought this item after a recommendation on a YouTube video. I've used it on a couple of occasions and so far it's been exactly as described. It's a decent size, and absorbs really well, and when finished folds down tiny into its pouch. Perfect for camping or backpacking!
