I used this unit for an LCD panel retracted from Ipad3. The color was messed up from the beginning and I thought I just needed to adjust the color. Then I realized it actually burned in the LCD panel and now it ruined my LCD panel.It doesn't mean this product doesn't work as I am using other VSDISPLAY LCD controller that works fine for years but the quality is inconsistent. I feel like replacing it to the new one but like I said, my LCD is ruined by this LCD controller, I can only return the item.The bottom line is, this is a good item if you don't know what to do with your old iPad like me. It anyway helped me throw away mine at least.
