Q: My smoke trap let’s smoke through I think the filter may be broken, if you move it something rattled around inside.

Hi there, The replacement filter cartridge is not properly installed. Please take the end cap off, and push the replacement filter cartridge until there’s no rattling inside. This will solve the issue. Thank you
