I don't like regular walnuts because they can be bitter. I happened to be on nuts.com website and discovered red walnuts. they were delicious but expensive so thought I try some of these less expensive red walnuts on Amazon. This is the second one I tried and it just doesn't taste as creamy. not sure why. you get what you paid for so I'm going back to nuts.com. bummer.
