The cover is pretty thick, which I really like. I measured my grill, and got the size accordingly -- it fits perfect at the top, but at the bottom is a bit large. There are velcro tabs to help pull the sides in, but they are not placed quite far enough apart -- so you can literally only bring in the sides about an inch or two. It would be better if the tabs were spaced farther apart so you can bring more of the sides in if required. One side the couple of inches is fine (the table side), but on the other, I need to gather a bit more. However, am pretty sure it will stay on -- although won't be for certain until we get our next bout of storms that bring straight line winds. Overall, good product, strong enough, I do like that it fits very well on the smoke stack and top. Oddly, the cover I received has "#1 DAD" stenciled on it....no where does it show that in the pictures, etc. I don't care, it does not distract from the intent of the product, but is pretty funny since there is no "dad" living in my house!

We have a Char-Griller 2190, which this cover is listed for this grill, but this cover is very tight. I was going to send it back and keep looking, however, I needed to get the grill covered because our old cover had ripped in a few spots due to age and we had a snow storm coming. Nice looking cover, but again not a very good fit, we had to play around with the cover to get it to go over the side tables. I will not last very long, but for the price and desperation, it will work until we get something better.

When I ordered this I had low expectations of some sort of really light canvas. This cover has some of the thickest material I have seen. For those keeping score this fits the Royal Gourmet CD1824AX 24-Inch Charcoal Grill Outdoor BBQ Smoker perfectly. Could have lived without the #1 Dad Thing but thats a petty complaint. Worth every cent. I did not rate weatherability because of its location under an awning it will rarely get wet.

I have an old-school Master Forge coal smoker, the design style that they call "Legacy" these days. It's impossible to find covers that fit that design. This cover fits it perfectly. For the price, I couldn't have asked for a better grill cover.I just really, really wish it didn't say "#1 Dad" on the side. Really dumb.
