I've used this for years and now I can't go without it
Love this product! I read a study years ago about this brand that they use high quality ingredients. I have used this for years and for someone who doesn't get out in the sun as much as I should the vitamin D is so important. Also, this is the only vitamin I've ever taken that I actually notice when I stop taking it - oddly enough, within 2-3 days I will start getting emotional for no reason and it never fails that I realize I missed taking my vitamins. It's wild, but amazing that it works!

Can really feel the difference after 2 months taking this!! Dietitian researched and found this supplement to be the BEST out of all. I have not been disappointed! You need K2 to be able to absorb the D3. I had no idea. After being inside so long during Covid lockdown, and working inside, my body really experienced negative symptoms of not enough D. I can really feel the difference by taking this! Highly recommend!!

Why K2 and D3
My chiropractor/acupuncturist recommended this kind of D3 supplement because it helps the calcium go to the bones and not the soft tissue. K2 is good for cardiovascular help too. The capsules are small and easy to swallow and easy on my stomach. I haven’t been to my PCP nor have I had lab work done, so I don’t know if it has helped my cholesterol or triglycerides. I have noticed my skin on the bottoms of my feet is much softer and my sleep quality is better. I’m guessing this is the reason because nothing else has changed. I think there are less expensive brands, but I'm going to stick with this one for now.

The orange color is legitimate.
The orange color is legitimate. I emailed Douglas Labs and they verified it. Good and important supplement. Can be found under other legitimate brands for less money without the Astaxanthin.

Excellent Product but Pricey
I can't have any soy, and I don't consume pork. This product was perfect for me since it is soy free and has vegetarian capsules. The price is steep for the amount of capsules you get, but this seemed to be the only k2-d3 product that met my standards (i.e. gluten free, dairy free, soy free, vegetarian).
