Absolutely fabulous!
WOW talk about a great waffle maker! Great quality and so easy to use. Clean up is nothing at all. I take a silicone pastry brush and brush out any crumbs that might be there...and there are very few. The overflow cup is fantastic. It catches every drop....just lift it off when you are done and the whole mess is right there. Rinse it out and wash it up. Do not put it in the dishwasher however...directions say that. Bottom line...it is a pleasure to use this waffle maker. The waffles turn out beautifully. I always have a couple of squares left over.. I put them in the oven on a wire rack over a cookie sheet for 10 minutes at 200 degrees and have some nice krispy left overs. I freeze them, then pull them out, thaw them and put mashed sweetened strawberries and whipped cream on top. It makes a delicious and quick dessert. I also want to say it is a beautiful appliance to have in the kitchen. All Clad is really quality stuff. It can stand on it's legs to save space too. May be a little pricey, but well worth it! Easy to use and almost no clean up. No guess work. It beeps when it's ready to use. Love it!

All Clad 2 Stainless Steel, 2 Slice waffle maker
The best waffle maker! My daughter owns the 4 slice waffle maker.. It’s very heavy, hard to find a place to store it. The 2 slice is perfect for one or 2 people, solid and lighter weight compared to the 4 slice. Plug it in, turn the dial to the desired browning level.. The waffle maker beeps when it heats up, i add coconut spray prior to adding the batter, the waffle maker beeps when ready in about 3-4 minutes.

This is a REAL Waffle Maker
Although a bit more expensive than most of the other waffle makers out there, this is a REAL heavy duty quick and easy waffle maker. Makes perfect waffles every time and is very easy to clean. I use a paper towel for the inside and cloth towel for the outer finish....looks like new after several uses. Also, I like the deep bed you pour the batter into. Will not gush out the edges like my old maker. Excess batter goes out the back into a cup that is removable and a cinch to wash out. Highly recommend this maker.

Great, with one design opportunities.
This waffle iron makes fantastic, thick Belgian waffles. The temperatures of the griddle holds after you pour the batter and the waffles come out crispy, golden brown. The upright and locked storage configuration is a great space saver. Now the design opportunity… The batter overflow tray is a hot mess. Literally. It’s fiddly, hard to place correctly and does a poor job with bigger spills. The drip tray actually feels like an afterthought in what would have otherwise been a brilliant design. But, once you figure out how much batter to use, it mostly eliminates this problem.

This thing is worth every penny.
We make waffles, waffle pancakes, grilled cheeses, egg sandwiches (the little waffle-shaped eggs, uhg), more waffles, etc. in this thing. It is fantastic. So easy to clean (do yourself a favor and learn how to portion the batter so it doesn't go flooding over the sides - that's just for any waffle maker, though). If stuff is stuck on, just turn the waffle maker up for 5 minutes, let the stuff crisp up, and brush it out with a paintbrush (bbq brush, whatever) as you have it turned on its side.It gets VERY hot on the outside as it's cooking, so be wary of this if you have kids. For myself and my husband, we've never burned ourselves', but I can see it being an issue for unsuspecting helpers. Also, my sole complaint about this maker, is the locks. The locks get very hot. Hotter than the outside of the maker. So hot, that if you press your finger against the little lever instead of doing a quick swipe, you will have a welt. This is weird to me. I understand that it's nice aesthetically to have everything be metal and whatnot, and you can just use oven mitts to lock and unlock the iron, but that's my only complaint. Not a deal breaker for me when the waffles (and everything else) are astonishingly beautiful and crisp and so nice.

If you are looking for a Belgian Waffle maker look no further. This is the one.
I have been on a search for a hotel type Belgian waffle maker that I could have at home. Well the hunt has been a long one. 1. Cuisinart waffle/pancake maker. To me the waffle iron was more of a regular waffle not a Belgian waffle maker. 2. Caphalon didn't have to spray plates but still wasn't the complete deal brown on the bottom lighter on top. 3. Cuisinart figure I'd try another model. Double flip maker but in my opinion was confusing and still didn't make the waffle I was looking for. 4. All-Clad was the winner. The two slice model was made quite durable and a bit heavy. BUT this waffle maker has a back drip tray to catch overflow and the waffles coming out perfect. I'm happy now. We are having a Thanksgiving brunch and the All-Clad will be making an appearance.

Do not buy this if you live in Australia
Despite being sold on the Australian website this is not compatible in Australia and needs a serious amount of work to get it connected appropriately. Amazon have failed to mention this at all in their description that this is the US version of the product with no adaptations made.

The BEST Waffle Machine
This product is expensive, but, well worth it. Very well built, extremely well designed and very large and deep crevices for Belgian waffles !

Be warned 110V only
Waffle maker looked very sturdy but alas is only 110V and not 110-250V like ost appliances so had to return it. Glad I read the manual before plugging it in. The website should mention this fact - not suitable to use in Australia.

Large Dent!
There is a large dent on the cover of the waffle maker when I open the box.Product is made in China, All-Clad is supposed to be made in USA.It is also way overpriced compared to another seller!
