Wouldn't recommend for weight lifters or large guys
The elbow and knee pads are incredibly tight on me, the wrist straps are generally fine and the helmet is good.. but overall I wish I'd picked a different product or if this company allowed it to just be straps and not the sleeve fitting that could have solved the issue..
