Recommended to me by my massage therapist
Recommended to me by my massage therapist. Perfect diameter to cut down to size if you want. But perfect diameter to alleviate neck pain by laying on it for a few minutes per day.

Great for at home physical therapy exercises
My physical therapist suggested I buy a 3” foam roller for my at home exercises for torn rotator cuff . After searching I found this. Good quality, solid made. Works perfectly tor for what I am using it for. Apparently I was overextending my back muscles to accommodate my torn rotator cuff. Provides an amazing back stretch that feels wonderful!! Stand /sit up straight everyone. Dont slouch! This 3 inch size is perfect

Slim but squishes
It’s exactly what you see, just squished more than I thought it would. I was using it to roll my back/spine so maybe the thicker one would work better for that.

3" Foam Roller
I've had this over a year now. I use it daily. It's firm but flexible & hasn't changed it's shape. Works as it should. I would recommend.

Good value for the money - versatile foam roller
Product was as expected. I am using these, cut in half, for travel back care and then as a foot rest. Light, easy to carry, and obviously versatile. The roller helps if my back is stiff after a plane ride or long car ride It's also nice under the neck to help keep things flexible. I thought to try this as a foot rest too because it's just about the right height to make sitting more comfortable -- and I can roll my feet on it, which helps with circulation and also feels like a little foot massage. It's firm, but gives a bit to the touch, so not too hard on one's muscles.

Also rolling up and down your side both left and right is also good. Start slowly as you might feel sore if ...
This was the second roller I purchased. The first was larger and didn't fit well, also it was too soft. Make sure you know how firm the roller is for the exercise that you are getting it for. I lay on this to align my back, and also to relief muscle fatigue and any stiffness as few min. of rolling up and down your back works. Also rolling up and down your side both left and right is also good. Start slowly as you might feel sore if done too hard.

very good product
I bought these to work on a back and shoulder issue. Im a hairstylist and have my arms and shoulders up for 12 hours a day. I use these to roll on my neck and spine when they feel misaligned at the end of a day. These were suggested to me by a physical therapist client! I get great relief! I cut them in half and shared with a co worker.

Does the trick
Same as my PT place uses

Good product but one star taken away because it was a tad soft and a bit on the long side. I suppose it should be easy to saw it to a smaller size (~28 inches rather than 36) and use the rest as coasters or chair-leg pads.

Good option. Not easy to find long rollers for tall folks. Helpful to release back muscles at the end of class.
