Nice pillow case. Soft after washing it. And, just as described, it did indeed fit my new Comfort Fit King Size pillow by Sleep Number. This new pillow is quite tall and has 3 separate pillow inserts in it, so I believe it is called a "pancake pillow." This pillowcase looks and feels very well made; and again, is generously sized to accommodate oversized king pillows, like the King Size Ultimate Comfort Fit by Sleep Number.

I wanted to replace my iComfort memory foam pillow, because I read that after 5 years, most pillows are composed more of dust mites and dead dust mites than pillow. As an acute allergy sufferer, I thought it would be a good idea. I purchased queen sized memory foam pillows and I put them into regular-sized queen pillow cases. I am not talking about the wedge-shaped ones. Those fit fine in a regular pillow case. I am talking about the fluffy rounded ones. What happened was that the pillows are extra large and when I put them in the regular-sized pillow cases, they became compacted. As a result, they became too hard and could not "deflate" enough. I was very frustrated and kept trying different brands of memory pillows. Finally, on the last pillow, I tried it out at the store to make sure it was comfortable. When I got it home, I put it in a regular pillowcase with the same condensed result. I wondered why it worked at the store and not at home. Then it dawned on me that the package that the pillow was in at the store was very loose around the pillow. Thus, I decided to try a larger pillow case. I first tried a king-size pillow case. That was ridiculous, because it was more than a foot longer than the length of the pillow. Then I bought these pillow cases. A regular queen sized pillow case is 20" X 30". This pillowcase is 22" X 32". It turns out that these pillowcases are fantastic for my memory foam pillows. They allow the pillows to sink a bit when I lie down on them, unlike the standard pillowcase. This may not sound like a big deal, but for me, as a side sleeper, it is a big deal. I would wake up with a sore jaw with the pillow that had less "give" to it. I need support, but I also need the pillow to flex. They also are very soft and comfortable on my skin, without being slippery. I have had these for a little less than a week, but I cannot remember sleeping better. It's just like doing work on your house. If you have the right tools, you can do the job right. Investing in something that is finally allowing me to have a good sleep was worth every penny.

After struggling for a year trying to squeeze my oversized foam pillows into standard pillowcases, it is such a pleasure to slip the pillows into these larger-than-life cases. The pillows are no longer cramped inside the smaller cases and, as a result, the pillow is puffier, not compressed, and much more comfortable when I put my head down to sleep. These cases are large enough for queen-size pillows, with a flap to enclose the end of the pillow to keep the extra fabric in place. The pillow fabric is delicate (but not fragile) with a slight sheen to it, similar to a satin finish. I washed one case by hand. It did wrinkle and I gave it a quick press. Per the manufacturer, hand/machine wash cold and dry on delicate. It would probably not need pressing if it goes into the dryer on delicate cycle. If you too are struggling to get your average size pillow case over an oversize foam pillow, I highly recommend this purchase.

My oversized pillows finally fit inside pillowcases. These pillowcases are the correct size.

Finally got fed up with trying to get too small pillow cases on my pillows. Got two of these try try out and they are EASY to put on which is what I wanted. Yes, they do wrinkle but I have other pillows in front of them so I don't care. Love the feel of them.

these pillow cases are good as far as they are extra long and cover my large pillow however they are very thin so my pillow shows through the pillow case, by that I mean on my pillows they say "Sealy" and that shows through the pillow case. other than that they are just fine so far.

Yes, I need these. Feel great. Just enough width that my pillows are not squished into a shape but have some space. I want space to fluff them and squeeze the into the shape I want. I am buying more.
