Nice product
Really like this. It all assembles well, although the instructions can be a bit confusing. It needs patience and the usual ability to adapt a bit. I've enjoyed the project. It there's one fault, it's that 12mm OSB isn't good enough for a floor. I didn't get- maybe I missed- the chance to select something different. If you do, I suggest you take it (and maybe get the better quality roofing felt while you're there). With that exception, what I have now is exactly what I hoped for, and it feels a bigger space than I expected; we easily got in a comfy chair, 2 seat sofa, bureau (part time office), office chair and two tables. It feels pretty robust and came out more square than Gene Hackman's house in "Unforgiven". I added a layer of 19mm floor boards to cover the floor- much better. So far it's survived almost biblical rain levels. Two of us did the basic assembly over a weekend with no big issues. The base took an earlier half day or so.One other change I made was to set the doors to open outward. I gave the front an apron of decking, so that works well and I feel the inward opening doors would sterilise a lot of space and be a nuisance. I'll clad and insulate it all, add some electrics and may make and fit two small opening windows, as I plan to install a small wood burner. The recommended plastic/ gravel base is good and easy. For the price, I think it's good quality, and the delivery was excellent.Highly recommended. Four stars not five because of the floor, and it's a good price.Almost a year on, and it's all been good news. Regular use, and very enjoyable. One further bit of advice would be to very carefully set up the width between the sides at the front to ensure no excessive gaps around the doors. Still loving it.A little further on; cladding and insulation was worth the effort. It's useable in winter after a warm-up with only a small electric heater, and still performing well.

Really really don’t buy!!
Bought this so called summer house and paid professional people to erect and it took nearly a week to do as nothing went together, wood all different lengths, doors not closing windows are so flimsy it’s a joke! Wood as in photo was meant to be straight was curved and some snapped when trying to screw them in place! I have ended up with a rough shed that’s so flimsy you can not leave anything valuable in there. Oh and the lock they provided is too big doesn’t fit! It cost me £600 more than I budgeted for to erect as so difficult and I was a witness and they are trusted friends. Buy with caution. If you read my reviews I’m normally positive not a moaner so pls take heed. I did actually send this to the suppliers and they said they’d put it right but since then nothing! DONT BUY!!

I liked the speedy deliveryDid not like quality of the windows in fact they are similar to the plastic used in photo framing not fit for purposeI ended up buying glass from a local companyTimber ok but also had to buy different felt for the roof as it was not fit for purposeOn paper a cheap buy but I spent another £500 to put right the bits that were not fit for purpose.

VERY POOR QUALITY!!!
Bought this summerhouse direct from project timber. This must go down as one of the worst purchases i have ever made. The overall quality of materials and workmanship is very very poor. When i left a bad review on trustpilot the company made contact with me offering to replace all the defective parts on condition i removed my review.Immediately after i removed review they then contacted me and retracted their offer of replacements. So beware of this company not only do they sell very low quality goods they also lie to their customers and treat them terribly.DO NOT BUY FROM PROJECT TIMBER!!!
