This is the BOSS and perfect replacement for air tools
For those of you with short attention spans like myself "this WORKPRO 20V Cordless Impact Wrench, 1/2-inch, is GREAT, and will remove your lug nuts with no problem". I wanted a compact impact wrench with a half inch anvil, that could also remove stuck bolts. I saw this 1/2" compact Impact and thought it would make a nice addition, I owned other WORKPRO tools and they are excellent. But to be honest, I was worried this might just be the 3/8" compact Impact with a 1/2 anvil on it even though it Says 320 foot pounds. This is not the case however, I ran it through its paces, lug nuts, brake caliper bracket bolts, lag bolts. I have a scissors jack with a 13/16 socket attachment, and I even jacked up my wife's car with it to see how it would perform. It did everything I had it do, and is EVERY BIT the 320 foot pounds it claims to be and I was blow away with the power and quietness of it and the 3 LED lights come really handy. What’s inside the box Cordless Impact Wrench, 20V 2.0Ah Battery pack, Fast Charger, Belt Clip, User Manual. I would recommend this tool to anybody, the high torque impact is amazing. Also great quality and value. It is a bit heavy but it’s worth it. Don’t hesitate to purchase it. It won’t disappoint you.

Good product and customer support
Looked nice and well made coming out of the box, but the battery would not take a charge. Contacted product support (their response time was a bit slow), explained the problem and within a couple days they sent a replacement battery no questions asked. Product works very well. I recommend this brand.

Won't take off my 110ft/lbs tire
For the money I had I bought it, I have a c1500 suburban that requires 110ft/lbs, I probably go over that as I don't have a torque wrench but I use my tire iron and a 4-foot metal bar for leverage. It works great for listening tire rods, and other rusted bolts so they don't break off or strip out. I think the power or lack of power is all in the battery, and it's the luck of the draw if you get a good battery or not, I feel my better is somewhere in the middle of awesome and junk. So overall it was well worth the money, remember it was about 70$ and well worth it, if you want the power of a Milwaukee then pay the 400$, otherwise don't expect that quilt for less than 80$. Overall yes it's great for the money, just hope you won't get a Friday battery.

Killer looks, and a killer strong torque at a great price
Not gonna lie—this is my first cordless impact wrench, and I have been an auto-mechanic for like 20 years now!!! Hahahaha! But, the reason I bought this particular model is because of its price, which is an AMAZING deal, by the way— and because of how cool it looks. I have to remove lug-nuts to install (useless) wheel-lock kits on brand-new cars almost every day, but using shop-air can be a trying process; so when I finally grew a pair of balls, I bought this to speed-up the process. Guess what—this thing has been great ever since. Strong enough to break loose lug-nuts, for sure—especially ones that have not been OVERLY-TIGHTENED by King Kong—and its battery-life way surpassed my expectations. Since buying this almost a month ago, I have yet to charge the battery. It lasts that long—and even without the charge, it still breaks loose any lug-nut. I have NOT tried it on anything else—like exhaust bolts (on which I would never recommend using an electric impact), suspensions, or anything related to the engine; although I am sure it would work just well. WORKPRO even included a Thank You card, and a mini-flier of other items this company makes. Truly a legit tool, and an amazing one at that for the price. Snap-On and Matco can both go fart up a flagpole with their overly-expensive tools. In my honest opinion, of course

Good starter impact wrench.
I've had this impact tool for over a month now and have used it quite a bit in my shop. It does well at most tasks, but you have to be realistic. As many other reviewers have mentioned, it is not a 320 foot-pound wrench. But it doesn't have to be in order to be very useful. I have torqued lug nuts up to 150 foot pounds and then removed them, so I know the tool has at least that much breakaway torque. When tightening nuts or bolts, it's not quite that good, but I have tested it to 120 foot-pounds. So it is what it is. This impact is a good starter impact wrench for DIY auto repairs and other basic mechanic work. It saves a lot of wrench spinning and it will knock loose some rusted fasteners. It saves fatigue and speeds up jobs tremendously. Build quality is good and so far the battery has held up well. Today I changed all 4 tires on an SUV, so 24 lugs were broken off and put back on, and still 75% battery showing. A great tool for those like me who can't justify much more expensive tools for occasional use.

WORKPRO IMPACT WRENCH
The WORKPRO Impact Wrench purchased, the battery and charger does not give power and needs replacement. I have tried repeatedly to contact the company's email, but where you type in the letters and numbers it prevents acceptance of the information from going through. This is very frustrating. I deserve better customer service.

You get what you pay for
Nice, handy little wrench......for the first few weeks. It actually does remove lug nuts from wheels; but after a year of owning, and using once or twice a month, the battery will not hold a charge. With the battery not full, the torque is nowhere near 300 ft lbs. It worked well for the first few months, but a failing battery in less than 12 months and maybe 10 uses is a FAIL in my books.

I was very sceptical about this product, since it was selling for 100$ while corded ones were usually above 130... In the end I am very plesantly surprised. It had no issue undoing all of my tire bolts. After changing the tires on 2 cars the battery still shows 3/4 full. For changing tires it is really a great tool, no cord to worry about while still having plenty of torque. The only area where I am a bit more concerned is how long it will last since it is a brand I never purchased before, but for that only time will tell.

Bought this to help me with car repairs and swapping tires. It's great! Breaks free and whips off those lug nuts like a dream. I'm looking forward to using it more every time I see it in my tool bench. Additionally, I got some step down adapters for the chuck and have used it as a drill. Also great! It was a good investment. The only think I think could improve is the built quality of the trigger and direction switches. That's the thing I worry will break first, but I try not to smack it around and hopefully I'll get a long life out of it.

Update: June 2023. I am now giving it 5 stars - not because of the item but because of seller support. The included charger with my kit suddenly stopped working (under 90 days). One email to customer support for the product and they immediately dispatched a replacement which I received a few days later. If a company can stand behind what they sell, then I would definitely recommend their products. Cons: Compared to others selling at the same price, this kit came with just the charger, the battery pack, the impact driver itself a simple belt hook and a basic user manual. Some kits are being sold with a case, some attachments and sockets, etc. I do not need those extras but I wanted to point this out esp for those that want them. Pros: This is the only unit in this price range that has an extra 2 or 4Ah battery pack available for purchase. This is probably the most important aspect for me because at this point I do not know how long the battery will actually last during use as well as the longevity of the battery. It is relatively lightweight and as another reviewer has mentioned, if you have a deep socket attached to the driver, you cannot set it and stand it in the battery - it will tip forward. Not really a big deal. Actual performance: As with most of the tools at this price range, I highly doubt that it will be able to deliver an more than a realistic 150+ ft-pounds of torque. In fact, I tried it on two vehicles with lug nuts torqued to a calibrated 100 ft-lbs and resulted in a no-budge. Personally, if it takes more than 10 seconds to break a nut, then I won’t force the tool. I’m estimating an actual 80-95 ft-lbs. Personally, this is not going to replace my air-driven impact driver or my 9A electric impact. BUT for what it is, the tool is perfectly adequate for my needs. It is light enough to even replace a quarter inch driver you just have to be careful not to over torque small fasteners. For those who are not going to use a similar tool for tradeswork or as a daily, then no need to purchase brand name for 3X the price. A lot of people will want to purchase this just to install wheel lug nuts. Be very careful if that’s your case. Some newer lug nuts have an outer sleeve that is easy to strip esp during removal. All wheel lugs nuts should NOT be tightened with an impact tool. Always break your lug nuts first with a breaker bar. Use the impact to finish removing and re-installing the lugs snug. Then finish properly with a calibrated torque wrench. The process might seem tedious and excessive but it’s better than warping your rotors, stripping the threads of your lug bolts (or worse, broken lug studs), or rounding off your soft lug nuts and then having to pay a shop later to replace any of these parts. For what it is, I think it’s a fair price for the tool. You can even purchase additional batteries and it’s still even cheaper than the cheapest brand name equivalent. I will update this review if I have any quality or warranty issues later on.
