Super Spirit

This is an absolutely brilliant album, and easily one of the 2 or 3 best blues albums to come out in the last 40 years. Sam's electric keyboards give his blues a unique feel that few other artists have even encroached upon. However, unlike some of the other most unique blues artists, his music is very accessible.This album convinced me that the Music Maker Relief Foundation is the most important organization in music right now as without them, the world likely would have never had this incredible album.NOTE: The record does include a digital download code.

Great music, lots of fun! I'm so glad I bought this after seeing Ironing Board Sam at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival this year. He put on such a good show that I was afraid the CD couldn't live up to it, but it does! Thank goodness for the Music Maker Relief Foundation for helping save this great artist!
