My leather furniture is works for months without a charge. Additionally, I can move furniture around when I get tired of the placement.

I believe it was worth the money to purchase. My sofa recliner was not able to recline since the cord was lost and the battery was dead.Queen

when the battery gets low, it uses what's remaining to continually sound an high pitched annoying alarm that is frustratingly difficult to identify the source of when its shoved under your furniture. There is no way to shut this alarm off save for plunging it in which its likely been long enough since you used it last that it won't be right at hand and there'll be another enjoyable hunt for where you think someone figured it belonged as opposed to where you left it, all while enjoying possibly the worst sound in the universe. The most frustrating aspect of the ordeal caused by this is there is no good reason for such an alarm to exist. Every other battery powered device i have had found it sufficient for its non-operation to signal my understanding it needs to be charged. Its not like this is maintaining some sort of health or safety critical equipment. Additionally when the power input for charging fails because its so cheaply made, then there is no way to stop the god awful other than aggressive disassembly.

Shipment did not come with a Y cable as advertised. Kaizen Quality Goods promptly replied to my issue and sent me the cables. Was able to power up two recliners, working great. So far batteries are holding up.

This battery was an excellent purchase, I was so tired of having electric wires sticking out everywhere as tripping hazards. Now with this battery/device I can have my sofa hooked up without all the mess. It is safer and has a much better appearance. So far, it has worked very well and I am extremely satisfied.

The battery pack was a good match for my sofa recliner & a better option than having an extension cord in plain sight. The only downfall is that the charge doesn’t last that long. It has a faint alarm & couldn’t figure out where it was coming from when it 1st went off. Overall happy w/ the purchase.

Intermittent power outages caused me to fear my lift chair. With the back-up battery I don't worry about a thing. I will no longer have to call for help to stand up during an outage.

Worked good for 1 year 11 months. It has a 2 year warranty, but can't get ahold of the seller.I hope they see this and contact me.
